Scott has worked with SMS Equipment for over ten years, bringing various skills, including parts, warehousing, and strong people management. One of the most impactful experiences Scott has been being responsible for delegating and monitoring field work for Mining Operations in Western and Northern Canada, with upwards of 150 direct reports during some of the busiest years. Scott is continuously fulfilled by growing and developing his network of colleagues and watching individuals rise in their careers. His ability to make connections and build relationships makes him unique and respected as a manager and teammate. Personally, Scott and his family consider themselves devoted baseball fans, having played, coached, and spectated the sport at many levels over the years.
