Program Details

Have SMS Equipment repair or replace (1 or more) of the following components: Engine, Power Module, Transmission, Torque flow, Final Drive, Differential, Axle assembly, Travel Motor, or Main Hydraulic Pump.

The minimum total parts order value must be $5000.
NOTE: Any associated OEM parts required to perform other repairs on the machine can be included.

Includes Utility, Construction, and Forestry machines.

Excludes: Undercarriage, Electric drive truck and KMG machine rebuilds, Over the counter sales, Repairs that do not include distributor labor, Non-Komatsu parts.

Warranty

SMS Equipment's New Life Warranty is applicable to all components replaced or rebuilt during overhaul.

New Life Warranty Includes:

$0 deductible
Travel time and KMs included*
Includes oil & filters as part of the repair procedure
4 years or 10,000 hours

Customer responsibilities for maintaining this coverage are:

Operate and maintain the machine as per manufacturer's guidelines
Maintain the equipment's monitoring systems
Complete oil sampling on the machine every 500 hours or drain interval
Notify SMS Equipment immediately of any possible warranty issues

*Max 1,000 KM or 2 round trips & 12.5 hours travel labour per claim
